Your information, handled with care.
This page explains what Landed collects, why, and what we do with it. Short version: we collect what we need to prepare you for your room, we don't sell or share it, and you can ask for it to be deleted at any time.
What we collect
- Intake form: your name, email, and your answers about your presentation (the room, the date, the stakes, what exists today, what worries you).
- Stay-in-touch form: your email address.
- Booking: the details you enter on the Google Calendar booking page (name, email, chosen time).
- Engagements: the materials you share during the fourteen days (drafts, decks, notes) and, with your consent, recordings and transcripts of our sessions.
- Payments: processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card or bank details.
Why we collect it
- To read your answers before the intake call and decide together whether we're a fit.
- To run the engagement: build your message and deck, review your work, and rehearse with you.
- To send the occasional email if you asked to stay in touch. Every one includes a way to opt out.
- To invoice you and keep the records a business is required to keep.
What we don't do
We don't sell your information. We don't share it with advertisers. We don't add you to any list you didn't ask to join. Your presentation materials are yours; we don't reuse them, show them to other clients, or use them as examples without your written permission.
Recordings
Sessions may be recorded and transcribed so that nothing you say gets lost between meetings and so I can prepare properly for the next one. We ask for your consent before recording, you can decline, and recordings are stored privately in our Google Workspace and deleted on request or within twelve months of the engagement ending.
Who helps us run this
A small number of services process information on our behalf, under their own privacy terms: Netlify (website hosting and form submissions), Google Workspace (email, calendar, Meet, Drive, and Slides), and Stripe (payments). Fonts on this site load from Google Fonts. We don't run analytics trackers or advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
Intake and contact details are kept for as long as we're in touch, or until you ask us to remove them. Engagement materials are kept for twelve months after your room, then deleted, unless you ask us to keep them longer or delete them sooner.
Your rights
You can ask to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and you can opt out of emails at any time. If you're in California, you have these rights under the CCPA; we honor them for everyone regardless of where you live. Write to hello@landed.fyi and we'll respond within 30 days. We won't treat you differently for asking.
