Some rooms get one take.
In fourteen days you’ll have a unique message, a deck you own, and the confidence to deliver it.
01 Message · 02 Deck · 03 Delivery
Who this is for
Founders, mid-raise. The meeting that decides the round.
Executives. The board meeting, the all-hands, the review that decides the year.
Leaders. The keynote, the gala ask, the conference slot. No second take.
The three we see most, not the only three. Wedding toast, TEDx talk, eulogy, the big interview: if it matters to you, we make sure it’s landed.
The method
Each one depends on the one before it. A beautiful deck can’t save a weak message. Rehearsal can’t save a deck you don’t own. So we lock the message first, build the deck on it, and rehearse only what’s already yours.
Each one holds up the other two. Hover a corner to see what breaks without it.
What you get
Fourteen days. Each one unlocks the next.
Ninety minutes on the room, the stakes, and the outcome you need. We name the one thing this audience must believe.
The message gets sharpened into a structure, and the first-draft deck is built for you — so you never start from a blank page.
We lock the narrative together. From here, you finish the deck in your own voice — people present their own material best.
Send me where you are. I send back direction notes before you go further — no meeting, no wrong turns carried into the review.
Slide-by-slide markup of your finished deck. Every weak transition, buried point, and overloaded slide gets fixed.
First run: full delivery with coaching in the moment. Second run: a simulation of the real room — hard questions included.
You walk in with a message that lands, a deck you own, and a delivery that’s yours. The room gets your one take — rehearsed.

Fair questions
At least five working sessions together, plus your own time on the deck between Day 5 and Day 9. Plan for six to eight focused hours across the fourteen days. It is built for a leader’s calendar in a crunch, not a sabbatical.
Because it is how preparation actually works. Practice spread across days beats the same hours crammed together, and the skill settles overnight, between sessions, not during them. That is the science behind spaced rehearsal, and it is why the night-before cram fails. Fourteen days is long enough for the message to sink in and the delivery to become automatic, and short enough to stay urgent. Under ten days the sleep between rehearsals gets lost. Past three weeks the energy fades. Fourteen is the window where you peak on the day, not before it.
No. We start from what you have. The deep dive tests it against the message: what serves the room stays, what doesn’t goes. Most existing decks are eighty percent material and twenty percent story. We fix the story.
I build the first draft so the structure and narrative are right. You finish it in your own voice, because people present their own material best, and on Day 14 the deck has to be yours, not mine. Nothing goes in front of a room without my sign-off.
We prep the same either way. In person, we lean a little more on body language and the physical room. On camera, presence through the lens. The preparation doesn’t change, because the priority doesn’t: getting your message landed.
I can’t promise you a standing ovation. No one honest can. What I can promise is that you’ll walk in with a clear message, a clean deck, and a delivery that’s been rehearsed until it’s yours. What the room does with that is the room’s business. What you bring into it is mine.
Because there is one outcome: you, ready, in that room. Tiers invite you to buy less readiness than the moment demands. $5,000 flat covers everything the fourteen days require. No upsells mid-engagement.
It starts with a twenty-minute intake call. Before we speak, you answer five questions, so the first minute of the call is already useful.
