Before the call

Five questions. Then we talk.

Answer these before your twenty-minute intake call, so the first minute is already useful. Rough answers are fine — rough is the point. Anyone unwilling to spend four minutes here was never going to spend fourteen days.

01 The room, in a sentence — and the real date, not the date you'd prefer.
Your date qualifies for a compressed engagement — mention it on the intake call.
Your date is further out — good. We'll reserve your start window so the sprint peaks exactly when your room does.
And the room itself is…
02 Not "be impressed." The specific thing: write the check, approve the plan, stand up. Roughly how many of them?
03 Both halves. The second one is usually more honest.
04 Pick the closest.
05 Rambling under questions. Going blank. The one slide you can't explain. Say it plainly.

Next: you'll pick a twenty-minute slot. Your answers arrive before the call does.
